Very transparent pricing and easy to use the website that lets you customize a lot of their floor plans while trying to stay within your budget. Toll Brothers has a variety of different communities throughout the valley. Most Toll Brother communities also have HOA pools, and the communities are very nice. Their website allows you to play around with the floor plan designs. If you come up with a floor plan you like on their website, I can figure out the cost for you. They categorize the plans into different collections
Garden Collection - Most basic finishes, on the smaller size, most affordable
Woodland Collection - Middle ground, includes 3 car garage, decent size lots
Countryside Collection - Large homes, large lots, high end finishes at an expense

Hubble is a great builder for the price. They build a solid home that allows you to upgrade the home however you want. If you are looking for a bigger lot Hubble is usually the best option for that. For the price you pay, they create a nice home that allows you wiggle room for the features you prefer. They have basic communities with no pools but HOA dues are very affordable.

Hayden homes is a solid builder who allows you to upgrade the home and have a few different choices. They build a solid home and for the price you can’t beat what they have to offer. A lot of times Hayden has smaller lots but the community is very nice. They have a very short build time around 6 months.

CBH:
CBH puts up the most homes each year in the area and they have been around for a while. Unlike Coleman, their floor plans and features are not able to be adjusted. Although you don’t get to do custom features, it takes away a lot of the stress of having to pick out add-ins. If you find a floor plan you like with CBH, the process of building it is quick and easy. They have communities all over and too many to list
